Data Privacy: Partners must comply with all data protection and privacy laws applicable to their business and take appropriate measures to safeguard personal data from unauthorized access or misuse.
6. Fair and Transparent Supply Chain Practices
Supply Chain Transparency: Business partners must ensure transparency in their supply chains, including providing full disclosure of their suppliers, sub-contractors, and partners. This ensures that they are held accountable for the ethical standards of their entire supply chain.
Fair Labor Practices in the Supply Chain: Business partners must ensure that any sub-contractors and suppliers adhere to the same labor and ethical standards as outlined in this Code of Conduct.

Workplace Safety: Business partners must maintain safe working conditions for their employees, providing a work environment that is free from hazards and conducive to their well-being.
Health Standards: Partners should implement and enforce workplace health standards that prioritize the safety and health of their workforce, adhering to any applicable health and safety regulations.

Community Engagement: Akolee F.H. encourages its business partners to contribute positively to their communities. This can include initiatives that support local development, education, environmental sustainability, and social causes.
Charitable Contributions: Business partners should avoid using charitable contributions or donations to gain business advantages or as a means of disguising unethical behavior.
9. Compliance with this Code
Monitoring and Audits: Akolee F.H. reserves the right to conduct audits or request documentation to verify that our business partners are complying with this Code of Conduct.
